"Luci Gabel is a power instructor... Luci is also a life coach for those of us whose minds have long been too selfless. She offers a thematic approach to conditioning the body and wellness of the mind. Each class is a general fitness regiment, and a target focus. She explains the importance of training some of the smaller muscles that are essential to body health. With each set of exercises, Luci presents the standard routine, ...then the challenge, ...and finally, the iron-man Luci. And, of course, the fall-back for those of us with fatigue and balance issues...
