Luci Gabel shows clients how to lose weight, gain strength, increase flexibility, improve energy levels, and decrease stress. Her fitness programs consist of no-nonsense workouts that are efficient and effective, but always fun and full of variety. She helps clients to reach fitness and wellness goals through creative programs tailored to their unique needs.

All of Luci Gabel’s fitness programs reflect a strong body, mind, and spirit connection. This wellness approach is inspired by her experience in Pilates and yoga, her education of body mechanics, and her own practice of meditation.

Luci's clients range from athletes, to cancer survivors and those with diabetes, arthritis, osteopenia, sciatica, post operational joints and post cardiac rehabilitation. Luci tailors every program to the specific abilities and goals of each individual. She also collaborates with her clients’ health care practitioners whenever necessary to ensure the best program possible.
